At Everyday Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your item doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward and transparent return process.
1. Return Window
You have [14 or 30] calendar days from the delivery date of your order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, once this period has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Item Conditions
For your return to be accepted, items must meet the following requirements:

Must be completely new, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (perfume, deodorant, etc.).

Must have all original tags attached exactly as they were received.

Must be in their original brand packaging.

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate your return process, please follow these steps:

Attach a photo of the product and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

Our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions and the corresponding shipping label if applicable.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges for size or manufacturing defects: The first exchange is on us (Free shipping).

Returns for preference/change of mind: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your total refund amount

5. Refunds
