Return and Refund Policy – Everyday Life

At Everyday Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your item doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward and transparent return process.

1. Return Window

You have [14 or 30] calendar days from the delivery date of your order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, once this period has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Item Conditions

For your return to be accepted, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be completely new, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (perfume, deodorant, etc.).

  • Must have all original tags attached exactly as they were received.

  • Must be in their original brand packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate your return process, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions and the corresponding shipping label if applicable.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Exchanges for size or manufacturing defects: The first exchange is on us (Free shipping).

5. Refunds
